I have tried for days to get in touch with you via phone, so I am sending you this e-mail to let you know of my concern.
A couple of months ago I saw your add on TV, I thought it was something that I could use, ao I called and order my free sample and was told that I would only be charged for shipping,so I gave you my credit card #. When it came I had two jars of Hydroxatone and a wrikle filler,which I did not order/ also had a bill for $119.00. I called and was told to mail it back and I would not be charged,which I did. I have now discovered that $69.95 has been charged to my account. This charge is without my permission. I want you to immediately credit that amount back to my account. Please reply. Doris Melton
